What to include in a support request
- Your LiquidWorkspace version number.
- Your macOS version and Mac model.
- What you were trying to do.
- The exact steps that reproduce the issue, if known.
- Whether the issue affects a specific project, note, PDF, or all projects.
- Screenshots or a short screen recording when visual layout is involved.
Useful starting points
- Read the user guide.
- Check that your Mac is running macOS 26 or later.
- Back up important projects with Time Machine or by copying the project folder.
Project storage
By default, LiquidWorkspace stores user-visible project folders in ~/Documents/LiquidWorkspace/. Because projects are standard folders, you can back them up with normal Mac backup tools.
