What to include in a support request
- Your LiquidWorkspace version number.
- Your macOS version and Mac model.
- What you were trying to do.
- The exact steps that reproduce the issue, if known.
- Whether the issue affects a specific project, note, PDF, or all projects.
- Screenshots or a short screen recording when visual layout is involved.
Useful starting points
- Read the user guide.
- Check that your Mac is running macOS 26 or later.
- Back up important projects with Time Machine or by copying the project folder.
Purchases and downloads
LiquidWorkspace is moving to the Mac App Store as a free download with a 7-day app-managed trial and one-time lifetime unlock. No subscription is required.
If Restore Purchases does not unlock the app after purchase, email support with your macOS version, LiquidWorkspace version, and any App Store receipt details you are comfortable sharing.
Project storage
By default, the App Store build stores local projects inside LiquidWorkspace's sandboxed app container. Use File > Show Project Library in Finder... when you need Finder access for backup or inspection. If iCloud project storage is enabled, new projects are stored in LiquidWorkspace's iCloud container.
